I love Halloween although I am less happy about all the plastic it generates – give me spooky food, a pumpkin to carve and some spooktastic games and I’m happy!
Oh wow this looks like such a lot of activities that kids can get involved in up there!
Such a shame I don’t live anywhere near as my son would love most of those.
When I was growing up Halloween was never really a thing, my daughter loved Halloween and would get excited each year, we never tried pumpkin picking though as she would have loved that
thank you for the good suggestions here – we are down to visit our great nephew and family soon so I’m sending them the link to book some. Love the railway’s plans.
I love Halloween, although not all te plastic tut that comes with it. Give me a pumpkin to carves, some spooky food and home-made (badly!) costumes and I’m happy.
We’ve never been pumpkin picking. Need to change that though I think.
This has been our fifth year pumpkin picking. There are a few different options near Edinburgh, and we’ve been trying a different one each year. This year we went to Balgone Estate, which also included a maize maze and a spooky walk around a lake, as well as the patch itself.
It sounds like the lead up to Halloween will be fun there. There is plenty to do, my kids would love Fright Night!!!
